| I called your customer services department after discovering that the delivery company had misplaced my order (and after a long, frustrating and ultimately fruitless discussion with City-Link). My call was answered after a single ring, by a friendly, helpful representative who wasted no time in investigating the problem. |

| He (I'm afraid that his name escapes me) made it clear that the would do all he could to help, and ended up providing a detailed and accurate explanation of what went wrong, a very accurate estimate of when the rescheduled delivery would occur, and refunded the delivery costs. |

| I was particularly impressed that he gave deadlines for all the actions he took (I'll call you back in 5 minutes... I'll speak to our account manager this afternoon...) and stuck to them. It was reassuring to know that my query was being actively dealt with, rather than just put on a queue to be forgotten about. |

| I have to admit that I had not heard of CBC Computers before Monday (you came up on Google product search), and consequently this was my first order with you. It certainly won't be my last. |
